We offer FREE online banking services to all of our members. With CJFCU’s online banking, you can bank 24/7 from the comfort of your home quickly and securely – CJFCU’s Online Banking utilizes 128-bit encryption, the highest level of online security available. With Online Banking you can:

  • Check your balance information
  • View your statements electronically (eStatements)
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • View check images
  • View your account history
  • Access online Bill Payment (checking account required)
  • Apply for a loan, and more!

Mobile Banking

Using the CJFCU Mobile Banking App is easy:

  • Download the CJFCU app
  • Login using your Online Banking Username and Password*
  • Create a “Secret” or secondary password (this is a mobile banking added security feature)
  • For Fingerprint Login**
    1. Make sure the fingerprint option is turned on in your phone’s settings
    2. Login to your Online Banking, Mobile Setup and select “change settings” (start a new fingerprint authorization)
    3. Once the authorization is pending, log back into your mobile banking and finish the authorization. Once finished, all you will need to login going forward is your fingerprint!

With just a few clicks of the mouse, you can:

  • Access all of your Credit Union accounts 24/7
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Review account history
  • Make loan payments
  • Make payments using online bill payment
  • And more!

Bill Payment

We offer online Bill Payment to all of our checking account members. With Bill Payment, you can pay your bills anytime and anywhere as long as you have a PC with internet access! Bill Payment is conveniently located within our secure Online Banking portal, so you can log into Online Banking, check your balances and then pay your bills all in the same session! Here are just some of the options available with our online Bill Payment:

  • Make single or recurring payments
  • Make P2P (Person to Person) payments – all you need is you payees email address!
  • Set up alerts to notify you when a payment is made, a payment is due, etc.
  • Receive your bills right into your Bill Pay with eBills!
  • Send Gift Checks or Donation Checks
  • Transfer funds from your CJFCU checking account to your account at another financial institution
  • and more!

To begin using Bill Payment, log in to Online Banking. Select the “Bill Payment” tab, accept the Terms and Conditions, and start setting up you payees! Need help? Please contact a Member Service Rep at (732)634-0600.

Accessing your account from anywhere just got easier with CJFCU’s Telephone Teller System. With the Telephone Teller System you have access to your account 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Here are just some of the things you can you can do with our FREE Voice Response System:

  • check your balance information
  • transfer funds between accounts
  • request a withdrawal
  • make a loan payment
  • change your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  • and more!

To use the Telephone Teller System:

  • Call 732-510-2523 (direct line) or
  • 732-634-0600 (main#) and dial ext. 1
  • Follow the voice prompts
