About Our 24 Hour Telephone Teller System
Want to check your current account balance? Forgot to make a loan payment? Do you want to check on checks that have cleared recently? Well, now you can do all of this and more. Why wait until your credit union opens its doors in the morning? You can have access to your account 24 hours a day. With the Telephone Teller, it is all at your fingertips. The Telephone Teller is a voice response system that allows you to inquire about account balances, check account history, and make a loan payment by transferring from your share or sharedraft account to your loan. In addition, you can withdraw a check from your account and have it mailed to you. Best of all, the Telephone Teller is FREE.
Instructions For Telephone Teller
First Time Use:
- Call # 732-634-0600 ext. 5
- Enter your account number; press #
- Enter the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's social security number; press #
- Pick a PIN number (PIN could be between 4 & 8 digits long); press #
- Re-verify the PIN number
- Transaction complete message will be given; please enter a service code or press "0" for the Main Menu
- See codes listed below
Once registered in the system
- Enter Account number; press #
- Enter pin number you selected; press #
- Enter service codes to do transactions

Important Things To Remember
- Use a touch tone telephone
- Change your PIN (access code) on your first call to Telephone Teller.
- Please be aware of the difference between MEMBER NUMBER and ACCOUNT NUMBER. Member number is the number by which the credit union identifies you. Account numbers identify the specific types of accounts (ex:
Savings-01, Share Draft-10 or 11)
- Press star (*) to return to the previous menu.
- Press the pound (#) key only when instructed
- Enter dollars and cents without a decimal. (Example: $65.77 = 6577; $100.00 = 10000)
- Always press 99# to end your call. This will disconnect your call, allowing Telephone Teller to quickly answer the next member's call.
