About Our New 24 Hour Telephone Teller System

Want to check your current account balance? Forgot to make a loan payment or need to make a transfer? Do you want to verify what checks have cleared recently? Well, now you can do all of this and more. There is no need to wait for the Credit Union to be open - You can have access to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With our new Telephone Teller System, all your account information is at your fingertips. The Telephone Teller is a Voice Response System that allows you to Inquire, check your account History, and make Loan Payments or account Transfers  from your Savings (share) or Checking (sharedraft) accounts. In addition, you can request a check withdrawal from your account and have it mailed to your home address. Best of all, this service is FREE.

To use the Telephone Teller System:

  • Call # 732-634-0600
  • dial ext. 5
  • Follow the voice prompts

A great new feature is Quick Check. Once you say (or enter) your member number and pin, just say Quick Check and hear the balances of all your accounts! ***
