eStatements
Go Green today and you can save a tree, save time, and eliminate clutter all at once! At Central Jersey FCU, eStatements are FREE and they are also:
- Secure. Your CJFCU eStatements are protected within our secure Internet Banking portal, so they cannot be lost in the mail or stolen from your mailbox. In order to be viewed, you have to enter your User ID and Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- Convenient. As long as you have internet access, you can view your statement at anytime from anywhere and accumulate an 18-month paperless archive of your past eStatements. Do you want to save or print or a copy of your statement? You can do that to! Your statement can be saved to a folder you create on your PC, or click on the “Printer Friendly PDF Version” (Adobe Acrobat is required, simply click on the link in the FAQ’s section to download the free version) and print a copy when you need it.
- Fast. You can view your eStatement as soon as it is ready! No more waiting for the mail. Your eStatement is available five to seven days faster than paper statements.
To enroll in eStatements, simply log-in to Online Banking, select the “Accounts” tab, and then “E-Statement”. Answer a few questions, and you’re done - It’s that easy! If you ever decide to start receiving paper statements again, you can switch back at any time. Simply email us at eStatements@cjfcu.org or call and speak to a member service representative.
Once enrolled, you will receive an email notification each month (to the address you provide) letting you know your statement is ready. Your notification will include a link to Internet Banking so you can log-in. If you don’t have time, don’t worry – you can view your statements anytime by logging into Internet Banking and selecting the “Accounts” tab and then “E-Statement”.
